All setup but it still doesn't work?
It usually takes 24-48 hours from the initial activation of your DNS Hosting account before changes are visable on the web.
If your changes are not visable on the web (or your mail does not work) after 48 hours, please double check all your settings, and make sure the source address' are functional.
A good way to check if your source addresses are functional and to identify where the problem lies is as follows:
Send an email to your source address, with your new DNS Hosting email e.g. user@yourdomainname.com.au in the CC field. If you receive 2 copies of this test email, then everything is working as desired. If you receive 1 copy, there is a problem with your DNS Hosting account and you should email us.
If you don't receive any copies of this test email, please double check your mail settings with your external mail provider.
It is possible that your URL forwarding is active prior to the email forwarding (or vice versa) as DNS caching for mail services (MX records) may differ from www records by anywhere up to 24 hours.

How do I collect all addresses @mydomain?
To collect all mail no matter what the user component e.g. anythinggoeshere@yourdomainname.com.au, please put an '*' in the userfield. i.e. *@yourdomainname.com.au in your DNS Hosting setup.
This will ensure all mail sent at your domain that does not have an existing user will be delivered to the external email address associated with the * forwarder.
The '*' will always rank behind any existing emails setup through DNS Hosting.
